Noam Shemel, a principal broker at Cornerstone Property Group heads the residential brokerage division, CPG Residential, LLC. Thanks to his involvement in his family's real estate business he has experienced every facet of the residential brokerage business from rentals to sales of new developments.

Noam graduated Boston University in 1998 with a degree in Finance. In 1998 he joined Ernst and Young's Restructuring Department where he was in involved in repositioning over $3 billion in debt. He left in 2001 to start Mobile Ad Group, an outdoor advertising company specializing in signage and billboard advertising. His experience in business operations, financing, and project management from his tenure at Mobile Ad Group has proven to be an important component in his success in the real estate industry.

In 2004 he joined Cornerstone Property Group to help jumpstart the new residential division which has now grown into several agents. Noam is member of REBNY, the young leadership of ISEF, as well as other non-for-profit organizations. He, his wife Keren and their daughter Alexis reside on the Upper East Side of Manhattan.
